Expense document tools for HR expense claims. This extension adds the documents a finance team actually needs to the expense screens of your organisation's own HR site. It is read-only: it never approves, rejects, edits, submits or saves anything, and it sends no data anywhere. ON THE EXPENSE LIST - The Claim column shows the expense category instead of the title the employee typed. The typed title stays on hover. - The Business Unit column, which many organisations never use, shows the claim's period instead - for example "Sep 2026". If that column ever holds real data, it is left alone. - "Download bank file" builds the bank payment workbook: one row per claim, with employee code, department, email address, account number and IFSC code, frozen headings, filter arrows and print-ready column widths. - "Download ERP Entry file" builds the accounting entry sheet: one row per claim, with the amounts spread across the heads of account and a total across the row. - "Download TAT file" builds the turnaround-time report, with each approval stage and the date it happened. ON A CLAIM - "Download Claim Form" produces your organisation's own expense voucher - the printed format finance works with, particulars merged by expense type, and the as-per-policy and exceptional amounts shown separately - instead of the HR system's layout. ON ADVANCES - "Download Advance Given file" and "Download Advance Settlement file" build the two advance workbooks, with one amount column per expense type. - Every advance request row can produce its Advance Request form, and every past settlement its Advance Settlement form, from the row you are looking at. Every document is assembled inside your browser and saved straight to your computer. An empty list still downloads the template, headings and all. THE EMPLOYEE SHEET An HR system usually does not hold email addresses, bank account numbers or IFSC codes, so those columns are filled from two Google Sheets you keep yourself. Paste each sheet's address into the extension's popup once. The extension reads them with your own Google sign-in, in your browser, each time it builds a file, so your edits are picked up without re-entering anything. It only reads; it never writes to a sheet. BUILT FOR A CAREFUL ENVIRONMENT - Read-only throughout. No button in the HR system is ever clicked on your behalf. - Requests are paced - one at a time, with a gap between them - and stop for ten minutes if the HR system reports a rate limit, so a long list never floods it. - Anything the extension cannot establish is left blank on a finance document rather than guessed. - A password gates the tools: until it is entered, nothing appears on the page at all. - Every feature has its own switch, so you can run only what you need. PRIVACY No analytics, no accounts, no servers of ours. Nothing you see or download is transmitted to the developer or to any third party.
