KeepNotes – Quick Notes & Web Clipper

KeepNotes puts your notes one click away, in Chrome's toolbar – or docked in the side panel. JOT Click the icon (or press your shortcut) and start typing. The note saves as you type to keepnotes.online and gets a short link like keepnotes.online/K7PQ that you can send to anyone. A small formatting bar covers bold, headings, lists, tasks, links and code. CLIP Select text on any page and press the Clip button, use the right-click menu, or the clip shortcut: the text lands in a note with the page title and link as its source. Images and page links can be added too. Or type "kn" and a space in the address bar, then your text, and press Enter – saved without opening anything. FIND "My notes" lists every note in your account, newest first, including notes shared with you: search, filters for mine / shared / pinned / this site / labels, and one click to open a note here or in the full editor with Markdown preview, sharing, attachments and version history. TEAM Notes shared with you show who shared them and whether you can edit. While the popup or side panel is open, edits made by colleagues arrive on their own; if you have unsaved text, you are shown both versions and choose. Nothing is ever overwritten silently. SIDE PANEL Open KeepNotes in Chrome's side panel and it stays open while you browse. WORKS OFFLINE No connection? Keep writing. The text stays on your device and is synced the moment you are back online. NO ACCOUNT NEEDED Without an account, notes are saved by their link, like on the website. Sign in on keepnotes.online and the extension picks it up: your notes are then private to your account and available on the web and in the KeepNotes mobile app. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No analytics, no ads, no tracking.
