KeePass Tusk - Password Access and Autofill
Overview
Readonly KeePass password database integration for Chrome and Firefox
Tusk adds KeePass functionality to your browser. It does not require KeePass to be installed, and is suitable for using KeePass with Chromebooks. Tusk is read-only and can be configured without granting the extension access to manage your cloud storage accounts. It can be used with these cloud providers. * Google Drive (somewhat reliable) * Dropbox (recommended) * OneDrive (unreliable) * OwnCloud and NextCloud via WebDav (somewhat reliable) It includes: * KDBX Version 4 Support * WebDAV support * OTP support * Shared Link support * HTTP fetch support * Better security practices and updates. Tusk is a fork of CKP and seeks to provide improvements to the UI, better security practices, and KDBX version 4 support. Visit https://subdavis.com/Tusk for more information. Tusk is Open Source and provided under an MIT license. ** UPDATE LOG ** ================ v2024.8.12 - Google Drive permissions regression fix --------------- v2024.8.10 - Fixes for OTP and Credential caching --------------- v2024.8.7 - Fixes for non-Chrome browsers. --------------- v2024.8.2 - Updates Google Drive integration, fixes for shared URLs. ---------------- v2024.07.30 - Upgrade to manifest v3, various bug fixes. The app worked quite well for a few years, even if there were some minor issues (especially when recognising the correct database entry). However, for a few weeks now I have been unable to set my database. I've tried Dropbox and Shared Link (with Dropbox), but both no longer work. When switching the slider for Dropbox on it instantly tells me " Dropbox TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'status')". I removed and re-installed the extension, but with no luck.

The latest version is 2024.8.12, please make sure that's installed. You might have noticed that for the past few years, the extension has not updated. Google now requires me to rewrite certain parts of Tusk using a new version of their extension framework or they'll remove it. It's been a rocky process, and I'm just doing this in my spare time: I'm not making money here. For shared link, please see the new shared link guidance and make sure your dropbox URL matches. For Dropbox, please try the dropbox troubleshooting steps to remove and re-authenticate. I've not heard of this issue happening for dropbox before, so if it doesn't go away please log an issue on the tracker. https://github.com/subdavis/Tusk/wiki/Troubleshooting#dropbox-issues Thanks for your patience while I try to keep Tusk alive.

Recently, something has gone wrong with Keepass. It no longer remembers the master database password, even with the "slider" switch set to "until browser exits". Edit - Works a bit better now, but still forgets the master password. Needs more work.

This is fixed in version 2024.8.12 --- Hey Albert. Over the last week, I've had to go through a pretty lengthy update process on Tusk to keep the extension available for the future. Chrome changed quite about how extensions work since my last update in 2018, and I got some of the changes a little wrong. This is one of them. I've actually already fixed this issue, and it's going through review right now. It should be available to all users tomorrow. I hope you'll update your review :) The issue you're seeing is already being tracked here: https://github.com/subdavis/Tusk/issues/349

Worked for a few days, but now fails every time I try to unlock. I'm using the OneDrive provider and when I key in the password I get: "First argument to DataView constructor must be an ArrayBuffer". It's unusable with this error.
