KeePass-compatible password manager. All data is encrypted locally — nothing leaves your browser.

Your passwords stay on this computer. KeePass Password Manager opens a real KeePass 2.x .kdbx vault in Chrome. No account, no companion app, no cloud. The extension makes no network requests, so the vault is never uploaded. Open a database you already have, or create a new one. Opening a file keeps an encrypted copy in Chrome's extension storage on this device, still locked with your master password (AES-256 or ChaCha20). The original file is not changed. Export downloads a .kdbx whenever you want a backup, or to open it in KeePass. On a login page, open the extension and click Fill — nothing is typed until you do. Search, tags and a password generator are built in. The vault locks after 15 minutes idle, and a copied password leaves the clipboard after 15 seconds.
