Overview

Makes selected tabs appear visible and focused to the page.

Keep Tab Active helps sites continue their normal activity when you switch to another tab. Click the extension icon to turn it on for the current tab. The green KTA icon shows that protection is active. Click the icon again to turn it off. Prevents streaming websites video quality to drop, like Kick.com, when switching tabs When active, the extension: - Reports the selected tab as visible. - Reports the page as focused. - Blocks common blur and visibility-change events. - Applies the setting only to tabs that you select. - Clears the setting when you close the tab or browser session. This extension can help with sites that pause media, stop updates, or change their behavior when a tab becomes inactive. Keep Tab Active does not disable browser-level resource limits or background throttling. It only changes the page signals that sites commonly use to detect an inactive tab. The extension does not collect, store, or send personal data.
