Talent AI is a recruiting workflow tool for authorized recruitment teams. It helps recruiters review professional-profile data from recruiter-opened LinkedIn pages, organize candidate searches, evaluate job fit against a selected job description, and keep recruiter-reviewed candidate records in one workflow. Key features: • Source candidate profiles from Google X-Ray searches and LinkedIn profile pages. • Evaluate candidate-to-job fit using the selected job requirements. • Enrich candidate contact information when a recruiter requests it. • Generate ATS-friendly resumes from supported profile information. • Create or update candidates in Zoho Recruit, link them to the selected Job Opening, attach the ATS resume, and save an evaluation note. • Support single-job, custom-job, and multi-job recruiting workflows. Talent AI requires an organization-provided Talent AI workspace account and configured recruiting integrations. Recruiters remain responsible for reviewing results and making all hiring decisions. The extension processes candidate profile, job, and contact data only to provide the recruiting features requested by the user. Data is sent only to the organization’s configured Talent AI backend and, when a recruiter initiates the relevant feature, its configured Zoho Recruit, Wiza, or SignalHire integration. Candidate data is not sold or used for advertising. Talent AI is not affiliated with LinkedIn, Google, Zoho, Wiza, or SignalHire.
