How it works Once connected to your Google Calendar, the extension quietly monitors your upcoming meetings in the background. About one minute before a Google Meet begins, it plays a ringtone and shows a notification with a Join button. Click Join and you're in. Requirements - Google Chrome on desktop (Mac or Windows) - A Google account with Google Calendar - Chrome must be running for alerts to fire Known limitations - Alerts require Chrome to be open and your computer to be awake - Alert timing follows Chrome's alarm system, so firing may be a few seconds early or late - macOS hides notification buttons by default — hover the notification to reveal Join and Dismiss, or click the notification body to join directly - Reads your primary calendar only
