I have an activated license (I have an invoice & receipt) as of 10/7/24-10/7/25
I'm unable to access the subtitle translator as of two days ago. I receive a message on the instructional vid stating, "Machine translation quota exceeded, Please 'Activate License' to continue using. I need help to continue with time sensitive coursework. Please provide me with support. I'm not tech savvy and have no idea how to proceed on my own without guidance. Thank you in advance for your support.
