Open Settings and click Connect Account for your CRM or ATS 2. Select the record owners you work with 3. Choose your AI provider — OpenRouter, ChatGPT, Gemini, or your own key 4. Open web.whatsapp.com and log in 5. Load your records and add people to the queue 6. ConvoSync reads their chats and generates summaries 7. Review each summary, then click Sync Summary, Sync Chats, or Sync Both YOUR DATA IS SAFE ConvoSync only reads chats for people you add to the queue, or for your CRM contacts if you enable Weekly Auto-Sync. Chat text is sent only to the AI provider you choose (to generate the summary) and to your own CRM or ATS (to save it). It never passes through our servers. API keys and settings are stored locally in your Chrome browser. Our sign-in server is used only to keep your CRM connection active. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
