This is really bad product its a joke, the spelling and grammer does not work and half the products I use not working on Monday.com, not working GitHub, not working Stackoverflow. Not even in the text box. I sent them an email just asking for refund for the time I have not used as I paid for a whole year and nope they don't offer refunds. When you tell about the issues they want you to send then more and more info which I did but I don't have time to help them fix a bad product. Its a joke. A... Show more

How long do you need to respond to my refund request? Purchased & submitted ticket for refund on the same day 21 Oct. till now no response or tickets created.

This is the first such program for me and I am rather content with it.

• English correction suggestions are displayed in German texts • The free version has only a few corrections per week • The cheapest version is VERY expensive: 10$ / month. The app only makes correction suggestions - a trivial task. ❯ 10$ per YEAR would be fair.

It's a paid app that doesn't work, and can't be customized. GO with language tool.
