Betaloop turns "it doesn't work" into an actionable report, without leaving the page. Click the icon: the extension captures the tab exactly as you see it and opens a side panel to describe the problem. In one send, the product team receives the screenshot, your description, and the technical context testers never think to copy — page URL, browser, OS, window size, screen density, language, time zone, network status. WHAT YOU NEED The access code from your invitation email (it starts with BL-). Paste it in the panel: that's it. One extension works with every Betaloop workspace, and you can connect several campaigns. Depending on the campaign, the product team may require an account. In that case you sign in from the panel and your feedback is signed with your email. Otherwise the code is enough and nothing identifies you. The product team decides, not the extension. OPTIONAL: CAPTURE ANY TAB, AND THE CONSOLE Without any special permission, the extension captures the tab on which you click its icon. A checkbox in the panel additionally lets you recapture any tab from the panel without clicking the icon again, and attach the latest console messages and page errors. This is the only feature that asks for permission to read the pages you visit, and it is optional: until you enable it, the extension runs no script on any page. Unchecking the box removes the permission, and the extension never asks for it again on its own. WHAT THE EXTENSION DOES NOT DO — No capture behind your back. Capturing is your action, sending is a second one, and the panel shows you exactly what will be sent. — No browsing history, no cross-site tracking, no ads. — No data resale. The interface is available in English and French: it follows your browser language and can be changed at the bottom of the panel. Internal browser pages (chrome://) and the Chrome Web Store forbid any capture — the extension tells you so explicitly instead of failing silently.
