Page to PDF — Save Exactly What You See
Overview
One click to save the page you're looking at as a real, searchable PDF — including logged-in pages. Nothing is uploaded.
Save the page you're looking at as a real PDF in one click — searchable text, working links, and the same layout you see on screen. It works on pages that need a login (dashboards, receipts, invoices, course pages, internal docs), because the PDF is made from the page already open in your browser. FEATURES • One click: press the icon, then "Save as PDF" • Clean mode: hides menus, ads, sticky bars and cookie pop-ups before saving, then puts the page back the way it was • Letter or A4, normal / small / no margins, portrait or landscape • Keep background colors and images • Choose where to save each file, or save straight to Downloads • Remembers your settings PRIVATE BY DESIGN The PDF is created by Chrome on your computer. Nothing is uploaded — no servers, no account, no tracking. WHY THE "DEBUGGER" PERMISSION? Chrome's built-in PDF engine is only available to extensions through the debugger permission. Page to PDF uses it for one thing: to print the tab you choose to a PDF when you click Save. Chrome shows a short "started debugging this browser" bar while the PDF is being made; it disappears when the file is saved. Note: Chrome does not allow extensions to save chrome:// pages or the Chrome Web Store.
