The same hotel room can cost a lot less a few days later, and nobody has time to check it every day. StayDrop is a hotel price tracker for Trip.com and Booking.com. It watches the stays you care about and sends you a price drop alert, so you book at the right moment. How it works 1. Open a hotel page on Trip.com or Booking.com and choose your dates. 2. Click "Track price" in the small panel at the bottom right. 3. StayDrop checks the price for you and alerts you when it drops. Why travelers use StayDrop • Price drop alerts with nothing to set up: we tell you about a drop of 5% or more, or a new low since you started tracking • Optional target price: "alert me at or below…" • Track the cheapest room (optionally with breakfast or free cancellation), or one specific room • Booked a free-cancellation room? Keep tracking it. If the price drops, you can cancel and rebook for less • A price history chart for every hotel you track • A summary of recent drops right on Trip.com and Booking.com pages • Works on Trip.com's regional sites, Booking.com and Booking.cn • Available in 14 languages, and follows the language you use on the travel site Accurate prices, no false alarms Prices are compared only when the currency, taxes and sign-in state match. On Booking.com, prices are tracked in the hotel's own currency with all taxes included, so exchange-rate moves never look like price drops. Member-only rates are kept separate. Private by design No account, no tracking, no servers. Everything stays in your browser. You can export or delete it at any time. Background checks When background checks are on, StayDrop briefly opens tracked pages in a muted, collapsed background tab to read the current price, then closes the tab. Checks are limited each day, and you can turn them off in Settings.
