PlaceCom CRM Assistant is the companion extension for PlaceCom CRM, the placement recruitment system used by campus placement teams. It is useful only to people who already have a PlaceCom CRM account — you connect it to your own CRM the first time you use it. WHAT IT DOES, ALL FROM A LINKEDIN PROFILE - Add a recruiter to your CRM with one shortcut, with their name, job title, company and location filled in for you — or edit the lead if it is already yours. - See straight away if a teammate is already talking to that recruiter, which stage they are at and when they last spoke, so two coordinators never approach the same person twice. Your teammate's contact details stay private until they choose to share them. - Write a LinkedIn message from your saved template, with the greeting and company filled in. - Open a Gmail draft from your email template with your CC list already applied. The CRM records the email as sent only once Gmail confirms it actually went out. - Send a WhatsApp message from a template, add a note, log a call, or save the lead to your phone contacts as a .vcf file. - Step through your own follow-up queue one profile at a time.
