Selan MCP Extension

Lets Selan's agents use tabs in one "Selan" tab group of this Chrome, and nothing outside it.

Selan MCP Extension lets AI agents use a real, logged-in Chrome: a Selan remote agent on any runner, or your own Claude Code, opens and works tabs in this browser through Selan's MCP gateway. LINKED BY CONNECTING Add the extension connector, https://mcp.selan.ai/extension/mcp, to Claude Code or a Selan agent as an MCP server. Its sign-in opens a connect page in this Chrome, and connecting it is the link: the first client registers the browser, every later one is added to it. There is no login and no account in the extension, and each client's commands go only to the browser it connected. FENCED • Agents act only in tabs the extension opened itself, inside one tab group named "Selan". Your own tabs are never read or touched, and a tab you drag into the group stays out of reach. • Never on chrome:// pages, other extensions' pages, files on disk or data: pages. • Only on the sites you allow in Settings: none until you add them, or every site if you choose. Off-list pages, frames and embedded objects are blocked before they load, and a page that slips through on a new tab is closed or blanked as it lands. • Never on a local address or name, in any mode: localhost, private, shared and link-local addresses, single-label names such as "router", and .local, .internal, .lan and .home.arpa names are refused and blocked before they load. • Password fields are never read, nor any field in a form that holds one, nor a field named or drawn as a secret, such as a one-time code or a card number. WHAT AN AGENT CAN DO Open, list and close tabs, navigate, read a page's text, links and form controls, click, type and scroll, in the Selan group and nowhere else. YOURS TO STOP The popup shows the controlled tabs, how many loads the fence has blocked, Pause, and Stop & release, which closes the agent's tabs and any pop-up windows their pages opened. Settings has the allowed sites, the browser's name, every connected client with its own Disconnect, and Unlink, which revokes the browser and every client at once. REAL TIME A command arrives the moment an agent sends it. The result goes back over HTTPS to Selan's gateway, and from there only to the client that asked.
