2026年10月から、すべての企業にカスタマーハラスメント対策が義務付けられます。KasuShield は、その中核となる「応対の記録と証拠保全」を現場の応対画面のすぐ横で行える Chrome 拡張です。 ▎ ▎ ページ上の相手の発言を選択して右クリックするだけで、発生日時・URL 付きの応対記録が作成されます。電話や対面の応対も、サイドパネルから手入力で数十秒で記録できます。記録には対応区分（暴言・威迫・土下座要求・長時間拘束など）や対応経過、証拠の所在を残せ、あとから全文検索できます。 ▎ ▎ 記録の編集では変更前の内容が履歴として必ず残るため、証跡としての信頼性を保てます。社内の対応マニュアルを登録しておけば、応対中に即参照できます。CSV 書き出しと印刷用報告書にも対応。 ▎ ▎ すべてのデータはお使いの端末の中にだけ保存されます。アカウント登録は不要、外部サーバへの送信は一切ありません。機密情報を扱う現場でも安心してご利用いただけます。
