Kasspar OWA Desk (Private Preview)

Prepares and verifies RFQ drafts in Outlook on the web for approved Kasspar Private Preview members.

Kasspar OWA Desk (Private Preview) helps approved Kasspar Group members prepare, verify and send request-for-quotation (RFQ) email drafts in Outlook on the web. It reserves a batch of recipients, fills the draft, attaches the member's document, and checks that the exact recipients, subject, message and attachment all match before anything is sent — reducing mistakes when contacting suppliers. Members can send a one-click test message to their own chosen test address to confirm their mailbox is sending. For members their administrator has specifically authorised, it can also send verified drafts automatically on a timer; a send only happens when the draft matches exactly, and it can be cancelled at any time. The extension is inert unless a member's administrator has approved their account and authorised their computer through the Kasspar OWA Desk companion app; it does nothing for anyone else and is not a general-purpose tool. It does not sell data or share personal data with third parties. Access is limited to invited Kasspar Group members.
