此主题在Chrome更新至61(x64)版本后出现UI卡顿（包括而不限于标签页新建、切换卡顿；窗口缩放卡顿），更新至62.0.3202.75(x64)问题没有得到改善。
同时发现如下现象：分辨率为3840*2160最大化窗口操作的流畅度不如分辨率1920*1080最大化窗口。
在设置中关闭硬件加速后，流畅度问题得到解决，卡顿消失。

Looks weird in Chrome 58.0.3029.110

I think this theme broke with chrome 58.0.3029.110

The back, forward, refresh and home buttons are now a dull grey.

The minimize, and close window buttons are black.

On a new tab there are 2 white bars on either side. The green grid no longer stretches. (normal monitor: 1920x1080 16:9)
