Karbizz Create Booking

Adds a Create Booking button to Gmail messages. One click saves the booking in Karbizz; confirmations are held until reviewed.

Karbizz Create Booking turns booking request emails in Gmail into Karbizz bookings, with no retyping. HOW IT WORKS Open a booking email in Gmail and a "Karbizz · Create Booking" bar appears above the message. Click Create Booking and Karbizz reads the email, then opens the Karbizz create-booking form with the details already filled in: customer, pickup date and time, duty type, vehicle group, city, passenger details and more. You review the form, correct anything the email didn't mention, and save. Nothing is booked until you click Create Booking yourself. Validation, notifications and auto-allotment work the same as for any booking you create by hand. FEATURES • One-click extraction from the email body and its attachments (PDF, Excel/CSV, text and images) • A review banner that lists fields the email didn't state, values worth double-checking, and warnings such as a past date or a similar existing booking • Emails with several trips are detected, and the banner tells you how many more to add • Duplicate protection: an email that already produced a booking shows "Booking … created" with a link, instead of the button • Works with your existing Karbizz login and permissions REQUIREMENTS • An active Karbizz account (app.karbizz.com) • Signed in to Karbizz in the same Chrome profile you use for Gmail • Permission to create bookings in your Karbizz account This extension is for Karbizz customers. It does nothing without a Karbizz account.
