Kalven is a customized CRE prospecting tool for commercial real estate brokers. It runs in your own browser, inside the platforms you already subscribe to, under your own login. Set your role, market, asset focus and deal criteria once; Kalven applies them the same way on every run and hands you a ranked report. How a run works - You set the criteria and start the run from the Kalven side panel. - Kalven applies your filters in the platform's own search, then reads what is on screen for each property, one at a time, at a normal browsing pace, in your open tab. - Each run is capped at 20 properties, and your daily allowance resets at midnight Pacific time. You can stop at any point; a stopped run still saves what it has. - The written analysis for each property is included with your Kalven subscription. No AI account or API key is needed. - Your report saves to your computer as an Excel workbook, an HTML report you can open in any browser or email, or both: a ranked property list, a contact list, source links for every row, and a session summary. What you bring - Your own subscription to a supported CRE data platform (CoStar). Kalven does not provide platform access. - Optional: your own TitlePro247 and Reonomy accounts, for title and property source links. - A Kalven subscription, for sign-in, billing and analysis. Privacy and data handling Kalven runs inside your authenticated CoStar, TitlePro247, and Reonomy sessions using your own platform logins. No AI account or API key is needed: Kalven provides the analysis. To analyze a property, Kalven sends the page content through its own analysis service to its AI provider and returns the result. That content is held only in memory while the request runs and is never stored or logged by Kalven. Property, contact, and financial data otherwise stay in browser memory during your session, and workbooks are built on your computer. Recent Runs metadata is stored locally in your browser. Kalven's backend keeps account and billing records, a small usage summary per workbook, and a cost record per analysis request (no property or contact content).
