Kalkapita Import

Import supported German property listings into the Kalkapita calculator.

Kalkapita Import moves a property listing into the Kalkapita calculator with one click. On supported real-estate portals, the extension displays a Kalkapita button at the bottom right of the listing page. Click it to open Kalkapita, parse the current listing in your browser, and prefill available calculator fields such as purchase price, living area, location, year built, energy class, and broker commission. The extension checks supported hostnames locally against Kalkapita’s published provider registry. It reads the current page content for import only after you click the button. Listing HTML is parsed locally and is not uploaded to the Kalkapita backend. A Kalkapita account may be required. Supported portals can change over time.
