Kaizan

I've used a few AI tools now for meeting note taking, recaps etc. I've so far found Kaizan sticking out above others I've tried. I think the difference is that Kaizan is really focused on CRM & Engagement so it's way more purposeful to me. There's a bunch I'd still wish for, but then I think it's the strength of the platform as I want more of the good stuff (I assume the team is working on, too)!

Very useful plug-in, I like the meeting note summary as well as the transcript, plus the integration with email to have all comms in the one place.

A very helpful tool that helps me save a lot of time writing up meeting notes!

Love using Kaizan

I use Kaizan day to day for work and find it beyond useful. It's helpful in identifying call and client sentiment, tracking conversations clearly, and taking the mundane tasks out of the process to free up my time for more strategic work.
