Kadr helps you create clear video tutorials and website demos. Record a selected Chrome tab with audio and webcam, highlight key actions with auto zoom, and add captions — all in one extension. Record, edit, and export without signing up. Videos are processed on your device and are not uploaded to Kadr's servers. 🎥 RECORD AND EXPLAIN • Record your selected tab with audio, and include your microphone and webcam. • Prepare a script and read it from the teleprompter — its window stays out of the recording. • Show viewers where to click with click highlights and keyboard shortcut overlays. 🔎 FOCUS ATTENTION WITH AUTO ZOOM • Automatically zoom in on clicks so viewers can follow your actions more easily. • Adjust zooms manually: choose the area, zoom level, and duration. ✂️ EDIT AND ADD CAPTIONS • Trim the beginning and end of your recording and crop unwanted edges. • Choose a background and video aspect ratio. • Generate captions from speech, correct the text, and customize their appearance so viewers can follow along without sound. • Return to saved projects to continue editing. 📤 SAVE YOUR FINISHED VIDEO Export as WebM or MP4 at your chosen resolution. Speech recognition also runs on your device; the first use requires downloading a model from the internet. Signing in is optional. If you sign in, the account service processes your email address and session data. ℹ️ GOOD TO KNOW • Only the selected Chrome tab is recorded — not your entire screen or other applications. • Each recording can be up to 10 minutes long. • MP4 export depends on your browser's codec support. • GIFs have no audio and are limited to 30 seconds. • The interface is available in Russian, English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Japanese, Korean, Italian, Polish, Arabic, and Turkish.
