Creates keyboard shortcuts to open CMS Desk and CMS Site Manager for Kentico CMS

For Kentico developers who like keyboard shortcuts: this extension allows you to use Alt+1 and Alt+2 to open CMS Desk and Site Manager. ***NOTE*** You may have to set the keyboard shortcuts within Chrome's Extension options. To do so, click Menu -> Tools -> Extensions. Scroll to the bottom and click "Keyboard shortcuts". From there, you can assign the shortcuts to open CMS Desk and Site Manager.
