Inspect JWTs from the sidebar

Adds an app to the Chrome side-panel that can read JWT tokens. This was designed to be a nice companion for developing a website that utilizes JWT tokens for authentication. New in version 2.0: - Can display decoded JWT tokens from network requests - Decreased app size - Better JSON parser
