I want to cancel the service. When I attempt to cancel, I get this response, "Subscription cancellation failed. Try again or contact support or Report." When I click on the the report link, it opens an email. I sent an email asking to cancel and got no response.

its an early life product with more than a few glitches. the concept is great and the potential is huge. what kills it in the short term is the word count which really prohibits you being able to use if for anything other than small essays. Fix the word count issue and even with the glitches it would be a really useable tool

I'll be honest the subreddit I found the extension and service usually doesn't miss, but when it asked me for a sample, then kind of blocked the third and fourth sentence, you know, because of money; the sentences I could say sounded like the first robot talking. This is not to be negative, but to provide feedback. Maybe have it listen to conversations between people and you should be able to get there. BTW, I wrote this.
