Replaces 'Raleigh-Durham' with 'Raleigh'

Just Raleigh replaces all occurrences of the phrase "Raleigh-Durham" (the airport) with "Raleigh" (the city). Note: this extension asks for permission to "read and change all your data on the websites you visit." This permission is necessary to do text replacement. The code for this extension is posted on the website if you want to take a look at it. Special thanks to @ItsJustRaleigh and @WNFIV for their continued reporting on this unfortunate linguistic mishap.
