Jumpcut

confusing to learn how to use, i messed up and i can't delete the cut

This is exactly the app that I need for learning through Youtube. Unfortunately, I don't know how to edit/delete my Jumpcuts, I don't even know if there is a Jumpcut website where my data is stored.

Hi David! I'm very happy to hear you are enjoying Jumpcut! :) All Jumpcuts are visible even for your friends that don't use Jumpcut in the Jumpcut.app website, simply use the share button on your desired created Jumpcut. You can put in the YouTube URL for the video on the website manually as well. Editing/deleting is not supported yet unfortunately, maybe when more people use this extension and it can grow to more than a side project. Project seemed like a good idea that is abandoned? Can't create own clips despite clicking that tooltip many times. Last Twitter update on in 2020. Dev contact goes nowhere. So hope this is still being supported.

This extension is amazing! It's just so useful!! I was already getting frustrated because I was wasting an hour trying to find a youtube timestamp extension that actually worked. The three other extension I tried before either didn't work at all or only half of the time. This extension works 100% of the time. Thx for creating it! Great job ;)

Im sorry but theres no other comments and I dont want to sign in with google when I dont know how safe it is. Maybe you guys should try to make signing in an opt-in feature?

Hi Susanne! Currently Sign-in with Google is only required if you need to create a Jumpcut, you can use all other Jumpcut functionality without signing in. This quick sign-in is meant to avoid spam Jumpcuts and replaces creating an account with another username and password to remember. As listed in the privacy policy, your information is not shared nor used outside the Jumpcut account. Hopefully that helps alleviate your concerns!
