The background service worker re-injects the content scripts on navigation, and a Policy Optimizer page change is an in-page route change — so every page click was spinning up a fresh initialization that re-ran the workflow-wide packet prefetch and re-fetched every visible rule from Security Manager (and re-fetched rules already seen on other pages). An idempotency guard now prevents the duplicate initialization, the packet prefetch is cached per workflow (it covers all pages, so it runs once), and paging reuses the existing rule cache — so a new page only looks up its own not-yet-seen rules, once, and revisiting a page issues no Security Manager calls at all • Policy Optimizer reviews page — Rule Name column removed from the Columns dropdown: Policy Optimizer now shows Rule Name as a native column, so the extension's duplicate option was removed (and is automatically cleared from any saved column selection) v3.6.2 (2026-06-04) • Policy Optimizer bulk actions — bug fix: bulk assign, unassign, and cancel could fail with a 400 Bad Request ("the ticket is no longer in the same state as when it was initially loaded") because the extension sometimes targeted an already-completed workflow task; the task picker relied on status values FireMon doesn't return and on the order of the task list (which isn't stable between requests), so it could fall back to a finished task; it now selects the active (non-completed) task matching the ticket's current stage, so these bulk operations succeed reliably
