Freshservice: Conversations newest first

Shows the conversations on Freshservice tickets newest first. Click the icon to switch back to Freshservice's normal order.

The latest update, right where you look first Freshservice shows a ticket's conversation oldest first, so the most recent reply or note is always at the bottom. On busy tickets, that means scrolling past the whole history every time you open one. Newest First for Freshservice flips the order. Open any ticket and the most recent reply, note or email is at the top, with the rest of the history below it in order. What changes • The conversation on every ticket is shown newest first. • Nothing else moves: the Reply, Forward, and Add note buttons stay where they are. • It works on any Freshservice account, including sandboxes. Switching it on and off Click the extension's icon in your browser toolbar to switch between newest first and Freshservice's normal order. Your choice is remembered, and open tickets update straight away. "OFF" appears on the icon when you're seeing the normal order. Safe and private • It only changes how the page looks on your screen. It doesn't read, store or send any ticket information. • It doesn't change anything in Freshservice. Other people see their usual view unless they install it too. • No account, sign-in or setup is needed. Good to know • It works in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. • If Freshworks redesigns the ticket page, the conversation may go back to oldest first until the extension is updated.
