Workspace Pro turns browser tabs, saved research, and notes into organized, reusable workspaces. Save active projects as Workspaces and Collections, restore important sessions, build a searchable personal Wiki from useful pages, and use an optional AI Assistant to help with supported tab, workspace, Wiki, and dashboard actions. 📱 COMING SOON: THE MOBILE COMPANION APP Your Workspaces, Collections, and Wiki on your phone. Save links with titles and notes, search across your browser work, and reopen a Collection or Workspace when you need it. 🧠 BUILT-IN PERSONAL WIKI Clip a page into a locally stored knowledge base with full-text search, tags, [[wikilinks]], backlinks, version history, import and export, and a visual graph of connected pages. Optional AI-assisted Wiki tools can compile selected notes, check selected pages for potential inconsistencies, or answer questions using the Wiki pages chosen for that request. AI-generated results can be inaccurate and should be reviewed. 🤖 AI ASSISTANT Use the Assistant in the dashboard or popup to chat and perform supported actions involving tabs, Workspaces, Collections, Wiki pages, widgets, timers, and settings. Available actions differ between the dashboard and popup, and sensitive operations may require confirmation. Bring your own API key and choose Anthropic, OpenAI, or OpenRouter. Choose from eight themes and use the interface in English, German, or Spanish. ☁️ GOOGLE DRIVE BACKUP With Pro, connect Google Drive to back up eligible Workspace Pro data to the private AppData folder. Create versioned restore points and restore a selected snapshot when needed. 🔒 PRIVACY & AI DATA USE Workspace Pro stores Workspace, Collection, Wiki, session, widget, and settings data locally by default. Workspace Pro does not use analytics or advertising and does not sell user data. Google Drive backup is optional. When enabled, eligible backup data is sent to the user's private Google Drive AppData folder. AI features are optional and use the API key supplied by the user. Depending on the action the user starts, the selected provider may receive relevant chat messages, configured instructions or memory, tab titles and full URLs, selected Wiki pages or excerpts, text from an external page the user asks the Assistant to read, and relevant tool results.
