Nice, generally works. Animated images are decoded as static. HDR input and HDR output are not supported correctly. Now sure whether it is the extension or the API limitation.

Thank you for this extension. Today, I found out about the AVIF format - the one Google advocated (I'm guessing that it was "Invented Here") As everyone knows, what Google Wants, everyone has to accept.

Why has Google REMOVED native support for JPEG XL? It WAS SUPPORTED. They removed it. Please give it back!

I wish this was natively supported by chrome, meanwhile it is a great solution!

I'm using it on MS Edge, working ok

It does what it says it does, but for some reason removes "src" attribute from some images, effectively breaking only SOME images, only a few specific websites (see gamejolt.com game pages, skroutz.gr product->stores section)

This extension can add JPEGXL support to chrome AND edge. Jpegxl is a game change image format, use it for all your images.

Great Plugin, especially since chrome will remove the format.
