Unable to use URL blocker

I want to block the above link. Please enable url blocker extension

Can't block Twitter

I've added this to the block list: https://twitter.com/home - but if I actually go to exactly that URL, it works fine.

(I've worked around the issue for now by blocking https://twitter.com/i/api/2/timeline/home.json)

Also, I think the Test URL field updates on key-events to the Regex field, but it's not reevaluating when I change that field by double-clicking on a row in the blacklist.

Seems to have stopped working

I put in a URL like "https://nordvpn.com" and when I test it in the test box below the entry, it keeps saying "not blocked"; is this a bug or did I fail to understand how this works? Maybe some sample examples would help.

blacklisted URL rejection

Some of the sites I have been needing to block are usually activated by popup window, or opening new tab. Perhaps newer versions can either auto-close, or reject any detected activation and prevent the popup before it activates?
