I used to like this app and "had" been a subscriber. The app is very inconsistent across devices. Many times for no apparent reason duplicate entries will show up. When you delete one, you actually delete both and there is now way to restore a deleted entry. At this point I'm not renewing.

Until yesterday I had full access to my account at PC , today I have only read access ... At android I have premium account for many years ... its a shame ... It was my favourite diary but now I ' ll have to search for something else ...

I bought this app some time ago (2016, I think) and have been using it on multiple systems (and updating to the cloud). Today the app will not work on one of my computers and I can't figure out how to download a version without paying for it AGAIN (only this time they want rent instead of selling it to me.) Love it!

Terrible customer service - they keep charging you and won't refund if you won't use the app

I'm using it for 5 years now and it does it's job very well, besides one minor issue: In this new-ish chrome app, it is quite annoying that when I delete the last newline of a document, two are actually deleted.

Best journaling app ever! I've never had a problem with it since I started using it almost 10 years ago! Keep up the outstanding job, devs. 100% recommend!

A nice journalling app with good features (mood chart, formatting features, easy media upload, throwback entries). I got the full version to start a journalling habit.
