I can make a eye catching form but yet user friendly. Very useful!

Love it! So easy to use for my counselling department in school. No more hassle in appointments and documentations, everything is done in one place where I am able to record, edit and export in either pdf or excel files. The free version has most of the options for me to specify for my own use in various form and so easy to create. Thanks Jotform !

I've been using JotForm for about 4 years and, aside from a couple of issues, LOVE it! I especially like the fallibilities in the following areas: ease of building a form (once past the learning curve which isn't that difficult!), email confirmations to submitters, email back to us with a PDF attachment, ability to download responses in multiple ways.
