Read access to login.windows.net

Why by default the extension requests read access to login.windows.net? This is where the credentials are sent, so it's suspicious.

Wunder365 for Onenote

I installed the extension for google chrome but when I insert the extension into onenote the window that opens to the right is blank. There are no menus or any options to select the note and send it to Microsoft Planner.
