Does not work with all websites

I have a couple of administrative websites which I've targeted use of this extension exclusively for. Oddly enough it seems to work 40% of the time with the remaining instances not working. I haven't been able to identify a common pattern for the instances where it does and does not work. Are there types of frames or website designs which cause the plugin issues which could help explain this?

The tool I'm currently trying to use this within is a Quest product called KACE.
