Overview

Alerts you when a website's live-chat agent joins or replies, so you can leave the chat tab. Works with Tawk.to.

Queue Cue tells you the moment a website's live-chat agent joins your chat or replies, so you can leave the chat tab and get on with other things. Waiting in a support chat queue can take a while. Start the chat, switch to your email or another tab, and Queue Cue lets you know as soon as someone answers. WHAT IT DOES • A desktop notification when an agent joins or replies, naming the website. On Windows it stays on screen until you click or close it, and clicking it takes you straight back to the chat. • Stays quiet while you're looking at the chat, so you only hear about replies you'd otherwise miss. • A reminder if the agent has replied and you haven't gone back to the chat (many company chats close themselves if you don't answer). Choose 1, 2, 3, 5 or 10 minutes, or turn it off. • Optional phone alerts through the free ntfy app, for when you've stepped away from the computer. • Keeps your computer from going to sleep while a chat is going, and lets it sleep again when the chat ends. HOW TO USE IT 1. Open the website whose chat you want to use. 2. Click the Queue Cue icon and choose "Watch chats on this site", then allow access when Chrome asks. Queue Cue only works on websites you choose. 3. Refresh the page, start the chat, and go and do something else. Works with websites that use Tawk.to live chat. PRIVACY Your chat messages are never stored or sent anywhere. Notifications and phone alerts only name the website. Everything Queue Cue keeps stays on your computer. The only thing ever sent anywhere is the optional phone alert, which goes to ntfy.sh and contains just the website's name. No account, no analytics, no ads.
