Can't scan games from chess.com library

Games in the chess.com library are being flagged as “ongoing games” and the extension refuses to check them.

Do not use the extension in an ongoing game. If the game has already ended and you would like to scan positions from it, go to Chess.com analysis first and then open the extension.

Not Working for Me

I am having a problem where when I click on the extension in the address bar extension area, I get a tiny white box that opens, but there's nothing else that allows me to click scan or see the board as in the video.

Attached you'll see a screenshot of my browser. On the right the arrow shows the little white box, and after clicking that, no amount of time waited, or clicking on the box does anything. Any ideas?
