Joffrey – Digital Concierge is a side panel companion for hotel Property Management Systems, built for front-desk and reservations staff who need to do more than their PMS allows — without leaving it. Open Joffrey alongside your PMS and your team can: Work directly from the reservation open in the PMS, with no re-keying of reservation details See at a glance which check-in documents are outstanding — ID document, guest details and registration card — each with its status and the date it was completed Capture a guest's ID document with the device camera or upload it from a file, then open it for review without leaving the PMS page Open a signed registration card for review Send a document request to a guest-facing kiosk and watch the panel update as the guest completes each step Joffrey runs as a Chrome side panel, so staff stay in their PMS workflow — no tab-switching, no second system to log into. Sign-in is handled through Microsoft Entra ID, so only authorised personnel at subscribed properties can access the extension. This is a commercial service. Joffrey requires an active subscription with The Capital Hotels Group and will only function at properties where the Joffrey backend has been deployed. It is not a general-purpose tool.
