Jobsistant fills job applications from a professional profile you control, then hands the form back to you to review and submit. It never submits an application for you. HOW IT WORKS 1. Build your Super Context once — from your resume, work history, education, projects, skills, links, and answers you have already written. 2. Open a job application. Jobsistant reads the form, matches fields to your facts, fills the straightforward ones, and drafts the open-ended questions. 3. Review what it wrote, change anything you want, and press submit yourself. ANSWERS BUILT FROM YOUR OWN FACTS Open-ended questions — "Why this company?", "Describe a project you are proud of" — are drafted from information that is already in your Super Context and in the job description. Nothing else. No invented employers, no invented dates, no invented numbers, no skills you never claimed. A validator checks every generated answer against your own facts before you ever see it. This is the difference that matters. An answer that reads well but contains a detail you never wrote goes out under your name, to a recruiter who may check it. IT TELLS YOU WHAT IT IS UNSURE ABOUT An unfilled field costs you thirty seconds. A wrongly filled one can cost you the job. So Jobsistant marks anything it is not confident about instead of guessing quietly: a salary figure you saved months ago, a question it cannot answer from your profile, a field it does not recognise. Those are left for you, clearly flagged. IT REMEMBERS EVERY ANSWER YOU WRITE The twentieth application asks the same questions as the first. When you type an answer, Jobsistant keeps it — so the next form that asks it is already filled. Your answers stay private to your account and are never shared with other users. WHERE IT WORKS Jobsistant recognises job application forms automatically on the applicant tracking platforms that companies most often use to receive applications. Chrome shows the exact list of sites the extension can run on in its permission details, before you install it. Most companies also run applications on their own careers domain, which no fixed list can cover. On those pages — and on any other site — Jobsistant stays completely inactive until you open it for that tab. It never scans ordinary browsing pages in the background. WHAT JOBSISTANT NEVER DOES - It never submits an application. No part of the extension clicks a submit button. You always press it yourself. - It never reads or fills passwords, CAPTCHA answers, payment details, or government identity numbers. These are excluded before any page information leaves your browser. - It never answers voluntary self-identification questions — gender, race, disability, veteran status — unless you have explicitly chosen to store that information, and you can delete it in one click. - It never runs on ordinary websites in the background. Outside the recognised application sites, it does nothing until you open it. - Your content is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train a Jobsistant-owned model.
