On a posting, the panel captures the role into My Jobs, and it catches duplicates before you apply twice to the same posting. • Autofill applications. Fills forms on Workday (including the multi-page wizard), Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, iCIMS, and 20+ more ATS platforms, plus company career sites on their own domains with optional broad coverage. It fills every page and stops at review. You check every field and you press Submit. Always. • Attach the right resume. One click attaches the exact resume you tailored for this job, and the extension keeps the version you sent on record. • Answer screener questions honestly. Answers come from your own profile, never a guess. Work authorization and sponsorship are treated as the different questions they are. Voluntary demographic questions get your saved choice or a clean "prefer not to say." • Answer once, reuse everywhere. Application answers you approve are remembered and reused where they fit, even when the next form words the question differently.
