Fills job application forms on supported employer sites using details you saved to your JobsDXB account. You press submit.

You open the employer's application form. JobsDXB Form Filler types in the details you already saved to your JobsDXB account and attaches the CV JobsDXB prepared for you. It submits only on a run you start. That is the product, not the fine print. Nothing happens until you press Run on JobsDXB. On a run you started, the extension fills the form and then presses that form's own submit button only when the form is complete, nothing is left for you to answer, and no challenge is shown. If any of those is untrue it stops, leaves the form filled, and hands it back to you to finish. Outside a run it fills and never submits. WHAT IT FILLS Your name, email address, phone number, location, LinkedIn address, professional summary and cover letter, and it attaches your CV to the upload control. All of it comes from your own JobsDXB account. None of it is invented. WHAT IT REFUSES TO FILL, ON PURPOSE Salary expectation. Notice period and start date. Visa status, work authorisation and sponsorship. Years of experience. Education level. Date of birth. Every consent tick box. Every equal opportunity question, including gender, race, veteran status and disability. It finds those fields precisely, so that it can leave them alone and then name them for you. An answer to any of them is a statement you are making to an employer. A filler that guesses is filing a false statement in your name, so this one does not guess, and it does not tick a consent on your behalf. IT TELLS YOU WHAT IT COULD NOT DO After a fill, a panel on the page and the extension's own popup both list, by name, every field that still needs you: the ones it refused, the ones the form requires that it had no saved answer for, and the ones where a drop down had no option matching your answer. A field is only reported as filled if the value is still in the form after the whole run has finished, so a form that resets a box while filling the one below it cannot be reported as complete. WHERE IT WORKS On the candidate application pages of the applicant tracking systems most UAE employers use. The extension asks for permission to run on those specific application hosts and nowhere else; the exact hosts are declared in its permissions and shown to you when you install it. Adding a platform means a new version of this extension and a new review. WHAT YOU NEED A JobsDXB account with a CV prepared on it. You connect the extension to your account once from your JobsDXB profile page, and you can disconnect it from the same page at any time. The extension never asks for your JobsDXB password, and it never asks for a password for an employer's site. WHAT IT NEVER DOES It never submits a form you did not start a run for, and never one with a question still unanswered or a challenge on screen. It never asks for, stores or types a password for any employer site. It never creates an account for you anywhere. It never answers a CAPTCHA. If a form carries one, it says so and leaves that part to you. It never fills a hidden field, so it cannot spring a form's bot trap. It never invents an answer to a screening question. A question it has no saved answer for is left empty and named for you. It reads no website other than the application hosts declared in its permissions, which your browser shows you at install. WHAT TO EXPECT A fill is not a finished application. The realistic result is a form that is mostly complete and stops on the questions only you can answer. That is the intended outcome and not a shortfall: the questions it stops on are the ones where being wrong costs you the application.
