JOBolar.Ai Smart Apply helps you complete supported job applications from Chrome using your JOBolar preferences, selected résumé, saved answers, and existing signed-in job-site sessions. What you can do: • Fill compatible application fields using deterministic browser logic. • Keep a browser-local Smart Form and reuse answers you have approved. • Use Copilot to generate or refine factual drafts for compatible questions only when you request it. • Choose your Base Resume, or use Smart Tailor and Deep Tailor when your plan and profile allow. • Search one supported source at a time and run Auto Apply with Review Before Submit or supported auto-submit controls. • See clear status updates and attention notices when a step needs you. You stay in control The extension pauses for CAPTCHA, MFA, passwords, signatures, unknown legal or sensitive questions, unsupported forms, and uncertain submission outcomes. On current-page application flows, Copilot fills compatible fields while you remain responsible for Apply, Next, and Submit. Privacy-conscious by design Your Smart Form, selected source résumé, saved answers, protected preferences, schedules, and active state are stored in your Chrome profile. Base Resume filling is local and deterministic. Connected AI and document features send only the data needed for the feature you request to the authenticated JOBolar.Ai service. The extension does not collect job-site passwords, cookies, MFA codes, or CAPTCHA responses. Important Support varies by the exact job site, route, and application structure. An active eligible JOBolar.Ai subscription is required. Available résumé modes, features, and usage limits depend on your plan.
