JOBolar.Ai Interview Copilot provides user-controlled interview-question capture and coaching during supported browser meetings, with an optional handoff to JOBolar.Ai Mock Interview practice. What you can do: • Prepare résumé-grounded candidate context, target-role details, focus areas, and preferred answer length. • Capture interviewer questions from a supported meeting tab using Manual Listen, or enable plan-eligible Smart Listen for locally detected speech segments. • Type or paste a question, or choose an image for temporary text extraction and confirmation. • Review Key Points, a Full Answer, Interview Insights, and possible Follow-up Questions. • Work from the Chrome side panel, a movable Floating View, or the Full Browser Workspace. • In a supported browser meeting, open the draggable and resizable Translucent Focus Overlay, switch between coaching views, adjust its background transparency, and control Manual Listen with Space while the overlay has focus. • Transfer your prepared setup to JOBolar.Ai AI Mock Interview without requiring a meeting tab. Visible Chrome overlay The Translucent Focus Overlay is a normal visible element inside the browser meeting page. It may appear during tab, window, or entire-screen sharing and in recordings. It is not invisible or hidden. Test the exact sharing mode before an interview. Privacy and user control The extension presents a first-use privacy disclosure before capture, microphone access, transcription, uploads, or AI-answer requests are available. Browser-meeting capture begins only after a direct toolbar action on the selected meeting tab and after Start Live Interview is pressed. For an installed Zoom or Microsoft Teams call, the user explicitly opens Chrome’s window/screen audio picker. Chrome may supply a required video track with display audio; JOBolar immediately disables that track and does not render, read, record, process, or upload display video. Only the selected audio is used for question capture. The optional candidate microphone is used only for a local level meter and is not uploaded by the Chrome extension. Users must obtain any consent required by applicable law, the interviewer or employer, and the meeting platform. Important Supported browser targets include Google Meet, Zoom Web, and Microsoft Teams Web. Installed-app audio support is available for Zoom and Microsoft Teams where Chrome and the operating system expose the required audio-sharing option. Compatibility varies by browser, operating system, meeting configuration, and sharing mode. A connected JOBolar.Ai account and an eligible plan are required.
