JobLens AI — LinkedIn Sort by Date, Classic Search & Summary

)Overview
Sort by date: reopen your LinkedIn job search in classic search, newest first — free. Plus AI summaries. Hide applied & promoted.
LinkedIn's new AI job search can't sort by date. JobLens reopens your search on LinkedIn's classic search page, where newest-first still works. - Classic search, one click: a button on the search page and in the popup reopens your search in classic search, sorted newest first by LinkedIn's own date sort. It asks for a location first when none can be read from the page, and tells you if a selection couldn't be carried over, nothing is dropped silently. - Always switch automatically: an optional toggle, off by default, that reopens every new-style job search in classic search for you. When it can't read a location, it asks instead of guessing. - AI summary of any job post: must-haves, preferred skills & salary, plus hide jobs you've applied to. The classic search page is LinkedIn's, and LinkedIn may remove it. If that happens, JobLens says so and pauses the button instead of failing silently — one click turns it back on to try again. AI summaries are metered: 5 free a week with a free account. The classic-search features are free, run entirely in your browser, and send nothing anywhere. Open any job and JobLens breaks the description into structured bullets: - Must-Haves — the requirements that actually gate the role - Preferred Skills — the nice-to-haves you can weigh - General Requirements — seniority, location, logistics - Salary — surfaces pay ranges, including ones buried in the text Every point is checked against the posting's own wording before it is shown. Anything the description doesn't actually support is discarded rather than displayed. Also: - Block a company and its postings disappear from your search - Hide jobs you've already dismissed, viewed, applied to, or that are promoted — the list gets shorter as you work - Highlight your own keywords so dealbreakers stand out before you read - Clutter-free native UI — reads like part of LinkedIn, not a popup What it costs: - Free — 5 AI summaries a week with a free account. No API key needed. - Bring your own key — unlimited summaries on your own Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic key, free. - 60-day pass — $19, includes up to 600 summaries. One-time payment: it does not renew and there is nothing to cancel. Every tier runs the same model and the same analysis. Paying buys more summaries, not better ones. How it works: browse LinkedIn jobs → open a posting → read the breakdown → decide in seconds whether it's worth applying. Privacy: JobLens reads only the job posting you're viewing. That text is sent to Google Gemini to produce the summary, or to your chosen provider if you use your own key. We don't store it. Summaries are cached in your browser for 7 days, so revisiting a job costs nothing, and we keep a count of how many you've used. Your filters and blocklist stay in your browser.
