Find remote work faster—and spend less time repeatedly entering the same application information. Jobicy Copilot and Notifier is the official browser extension from Jobicy. It combines personalized remote job alerts, saved jobs, application autofill, resume selection, and optional AI assistance in one convenient tool. REMOTE JOB ALERTS • Personalized job feed Choose your preferred job category, geographic region, and keywords such as “Python,” “SEO,” “Product Designer,” or “Customer Support.” • Configurable notifications Receive extension badge alerts and optional desktop notifications when new remote and work-from-home opportunities match your preferences. • Flexible background updates Choose how often the extension checks for new jobs: every 15, 30, 60, or 120 minutes. • Quick access to opportunities View the latest matching jobs, open complete vacancy pages, and save interesting roles for later. JOBICY COPILOT Complete repetitive application fields faster while remaining fully in control of every answer and submission. • Autofill common application fields Copilot can fill contact information, location, phone number, professional links, availability, referral source, time zone, employment preferences, work authorization details, and other commonly requested information. • Use your Jobicy candidate profile Connect your Jobicy candidate profile to make application autofill and professional answers more relevant to your experience. • Multiple local resumes Securely save up to eight resumes and let Copilot select the most relevant one based on the job details. You can review or change the selected resume before autofill. • Smart resume selection Copilot can select a suitable resume locally based on the vacancy title and description, with a resume of your choice used as the default fallback. • Review Answers panel Review fields marked as Filled locally, Generated by AI, or Needs your input before submitting the employer’s form. • Edit answers before submission Review and change AI-assisted answers directly from the Copilot panel while keeping the corresponding ATS field synchronized. • Undo autofill Restore fields to the values they contained before the latest Copilot run if something was matched incorrectly. • Optional AI assistance When explicitly enabled, Copilot can draft answers to custom professional questions using relevant information from your synced Jobicy profile and the vacancy description. • Responsible answer generation Copilot avoids guessing when your profile does not contain enough supporting information. Sensitive questions, personal decisions, declarations, consent fields, signatures, and questions that explicitly prohibit AI assistance remain for you to complete. • Learned answer library When you correct an AI-assisted answer, Copilot can save that correction locally and reuse it for a similar application question. • Multi-step application sessions Copilot can continue across compatible Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and other multi-step SPA application forms. Answers already generated during the current session can be reused without another AI generation request. • Session controls End the current Copilot session when changing vacancies in the same tab without deleting your permanent saved-answer library. • Voluntary EEO autofill Optionally save answers for recognized voluntary demographic and self-identification questions. This feature is disabled by default, never guesses an answer, and keeps these sensitive preferences on your device. • Embedded application forms Copilot can detect compatible ATS forms displayed directly on company career pages, including forms loaded inside supported iframes. • Privacy-conscious issue reports If a field is not handled correctly, you can send a minimized report containing only the ATS name, field type, and cleaned field label. Field values, generated answers, personal details, and the application URL are not included in these reports. • Application Tracker integration After you personally submit an employer’s application form, you can explicitly confirm “I submitted this application” and add it to your Jobicy Application Tracker. • Backup and transfer Export your local settings, resumes, voluntary EEO preferences, and learned-answer library to a backup file, then import them on another computer or after reinstalling the extension. • You always stay in control Jobicy Copilot never automatically presses the employer’s Submit button and never assumes that an application was successfully submitted. APPLICATION FORM COMPATIBILITY Jobicy Copilot works with supported recruiting platforms and employer-hosted application forms, including compatible forms embedded in company career pages. Application forms can be customized by each employer, so some fields may still require manual review or completion. FREE AND PRO ACCOUNTS Core local autofill does not consume AI requests. Free members receive a daily allowance for AI-assisted application questions. Jobicy PRO members receive up to 10× the daily AI-assisted autofill allowance. Your account status, current usage, remaining allowance, and rolling limit information are displayed inside the extension. PRIVACY AND TRANSPARENCY Application details entered in the extension settings, voluntary EEO preferences, learned answers, and locally saved resumes are stored in browser extension storage. Small non-sensitive preferences, such as notification filters and interface settings, may be preserved through Chrome Sync when browser synchronization is enabled. Personal application details, voluntary EEO answers, learned professional answers, and resume files are not placed in Chrome Sync. When AI custom questions are enabled, Jobicy and its AI service provider receive only the relevant synced profile information and application context needed to generate an answer. This may include the employer’s question, available answer options, job title, job description, and application page address without query parameters. Voluntary EEO answers and local resume files are not sent to Jobicy or AI. When you report an autofill issue, Jobicy receives only the ATS name, field type, and cleaned field label. When you explicitly confirm that you submitted an application and add it to Application Tracker, Jobicy receives the job title, company name, and application page address needed to create the tracker entry. Exported backup files remain under your control and may contain personal information. Store them securely. The extension never submits an application on your behalf.
