Review and fill supported job application forms with your JobFig profile, then record submissions you confirm.

Bring your saved JobFig profile to job application forms. JobFig Apply Assistant helps you fill supported fields, see what still needs attention, and record applications you confirm submitting. A JobFig account and a paired extension are required. Sign in to JobFig, open Profile, create a single-use six-digit pairing code, and enter it in the extension. Review and fill with confidence • Scan an application to see Required and Optional checklists, including answers you enter yourself. • Click a checklist field to scroll to and focus its control on the page. • Choose Autofill to reuse your profile in supported empty fields. Existing answers stay in place. • Use Undo fills to restore unchanged JobFig fills while preserving answers you edited afterward. • Scan again when a website adds or replaces form controls. You stay in control Review every answer, complete remaining questions, choose files and custom options yourself, and submit on the application website. Field support varies by website and form. The extension does not automatically upload files or submit applications. Keep a record After your scan record syncs and you submit on the website, choose “I submitted this application” to save your confirmation in JobFig. A unique matching JobFig job can be added to Tracker; unmatched or ambiguous jobs may need a manual Tracker entry. Use Retry sync if saving the scan record fails. Your confirmation records your statement, not independent verification that an employer received the application. Choose when the assistant appears Collapse the panel to a draggable launcher, hide it for the current visit or hostname, or turn off automatic appearance in Assistant settings. Website access and privacy Broad website access helps recognize supported application forms across ATS and employer domains. Automatic appearance checks page metadata locally and does not upload the application page. A paired panel loads your saved profile when it opens, including automatic appearance. Choose Scan application in the in-page panel to scan and sync. Opening the paired toolbar panel also starts a scan. Scanning sends the application URL, including query parameters, and field metadata to JobFig; the scan record omits existing answers and full page HTML. Learn more at https://jobfig.com
