Jobera Quick Apply is a side-panel assistant that helps you fill in job applications faster, see how well a role fits you, and keep track of where you have applied. What it does • Fills application forms from your saved profile: name, contact details, location, links, work history, notice period, work authorization and salary expectations. • Works with high accuracy on Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Breezy HR and Recruitee application forms. On other career sites it works in best-effort mode after you allow access to that site. • Shows the result for every field (filled, needs review, open question or left blank on purpose), with a review-first mode and one-click undo. • Lets you teach it custom fields on a site; the mapping is remembered for next time. • Shows a match score for the posting, with the skills you have, the skills you are missing and a salary signal. • Drafts answers to open screening questions with AI. You edit the draft and paste it yourself. • Saves the job to your application tracker and helps you follow up, with a pipeline view and weekly goals. You stay in control • The extension never submits an application. You review everything and click Submit yourself. • Sensitive and voluntary questions (gender, ethnicity, disability, veteran status) are never filled. • Page access outside the five supported application platforms is only granted when you allow it, site by site. Requirements • A free account at jobera.com. You sign in from the side panel; your password is never entered into the extension. • Chrome 114 or newer. • AI answers use credits from your plan. Free plans include a monthly allowance. Privacy Data is sent only to your own account. We do not sell data or share it with advertisers.
