JobClipper is a local-first Chrome extension for freelancers who review many job posts and need a simple proposal pipeline. Capture the current tab, add client and budget notes, move each opportunity through a proposal workflow, copy a concise fixed-scope proposal draft, and export the saved list to CSV. Data handling: - Saved jobs stay in chrome.storage.local. - No analytics. - No remote server. - No account required. - No page content is read automatically. Permissions: - activeTab: capture the current tab title and URL after the user clicks the extension. - storage: save the user's clipped jobs locally.
